Wyoming Legion Baseball 2022 Class ‘C’ State Tournament Scoreboard
Cheyenne will host the Wyoming Class ‘C’ State Tournament for Legion Baseball teams around the state this Thursday through Monday.
These are the youngest players involved with Legion baseball in Wyoming, as they are 15 years old and younger.
The double-elimination bracket has eight teams. All games are seven innings. The tournament is being held at Powers Field in Cheyenne.

Final Score: Game 1: Gillette 13 Green River 3 - Gillette scored 9 in the bottom of the 5th to invoke the mercy rule.
Final Score: Game 2: Casper Black 3 Sheridan 2 (8 inns.) - Casper wins on a steal of home by Johnson.
Final Score: Game 3: Torrington 8 Jackson 1
Final Score: Game 4: Cheyenne 7 Lovell 1 - a 6-run 2nd propels the Indians to the victory.

Final Score: Game 5: Green River 11 Jackson 6 - Jackson is eliminated
Final Score: Game 6: Sheridan 22 Lovell 11 - Lovell is eliminated
Final Score: Game 7: Gillette 5 Casper Black 4 - Casper scored 3 in the 7th for a 4-2 lead and Gillette rallied with 3 in the bottom of the 7th.
Final Score: Game 8: Cheyenne 13 Torrington 7 - Cheyenne pulls away with 9 runs in the 6th.

Final Score: Game 10: Casper Black 15 Sheridan 6 - Sheridan is eliminated
Final Score: Game 9: Torrington 13 Green River 4 - Green River is eliminated
Final Score: Game 12: Casper Black 17 Torrington 1 - Torrington is eliminated
Final Score: Game 11: Gillette 1 Cheyenne 0 - Gillette scores the only run in the 5th inning to advance to the title game.

Final Score: Game 13: Cheyenne 6 Casper Black 1
Final Score: Game 14: Gillette 13 Cheyenne 12 [CHAMPIONSHIP GAME] - Cheyenne held an 8-2 lead. Gillette scored 8 runs in the 5th for a 10-8 lead. Cheyenne scored 4 in the 6th, but Gillette answered with 2 in the bottom of the frame to tie it, at 12-12. Cheyenne throws out a runner at the plate in the 7th, but Gillette loaded the bases and wins on a walk-off walk.
