PhotoFest: Girls State Wrestling Semi-Finals

The State Wrestling Tournament for girls cruised on Friday night in Casper and Star Valley has a commanding lead heading into the finals on Saturday. The Braves have won the girls state championship for the last two years and have 163.5 points with Kemmerer and Sheridan a distant 2nd with 85. Cheyenne East is right behind then with 84.5, followed by Powell at 59.

Twenty different teams put a wrestler in the finals, with Star Valley and Kemmerer having 3 each, with Rock Springs, Powell, Thermopolis, and Lander each getting 2 into the last round.
