The Wyoming High School State Cross Country Championships will be run on one course at Wyoming Indian High School in Ethete on Saturday.

In Class 2A, seven of the top 10 finishers in 2020 return in the girls’ field, while eight boys who placed in the top 10 a year ago are back, including the top three. Saratoga’s Grant Bartlett goes for his third consecutive title.

In 3A, with Ms. Thorvaldson and Mr. Visser having graduated, there will be a new champion in both the girls’ and boys’ divisions. On the lady’s side, six of the top-10 are back from last year. The boys’ field features four returners from 2020’s top-10 finishers.

The 4A girls’ field is the deepest of any, as nine of last year’s top-10 return. Six of the top-10 returns on the boys’ side.
