Team Info & Series History:

Burlington (9-1) – Trent Aagard: 7th year as head coach; 2 state championships in school history; those came in 1992 and 1994. Those were both 9-man titles. The Huskies have made only one previous trip to Laramie, and that was in 2018. They lost that game to Farson-Eden (73-38).

Little Snake River (10-0) – Jack Cobb: 6th year as head coach; 4 state championships in school history; the last was in 2021 (65-24 over Encampment). The Rattlers are making their sixth appearance in Laramie. They are 4-1 in previous title games in the Gem City.

Little Snake River leads the all-time series, 5-1. They first played each other in a varsity game in 2016. The Rattlers won the first meeting in overtime. Burlington won the second game in the series, and Little Snake River has won the last four. They’ve never played each other in the playoffs.
