The top prep boys’ basketball players in the 2022-23 season from Classes 3A and 4A have been selected by the coaches.

These are the All-State players from the Wyoming Coaches Association.

The list in 3A is highlighted by three-time honorees Eli Patterson from Buffalo and McKoy Smith of Lyman.

The Wyoming Coaches Association only recognizes First-Team, All-State award winners. Those are the only student-athletes that receive a certificate from the WCA.
