Sydney Thorvaldson of Rawlins has some elite running ability and has put that on display coast to coast. She 3-peated as the Class 3A state champion in cross country with a huge win on Saturday in Afton. Thorvaldson is also the 2 time defending 3A state champion in the 800, 1600 and 3200-meter races in track and field. She has an easy-going approach that makes winning look easy.
