Vote for the WyoPreps Athlete of the Week Finalists 9-22-24 [POLLS]

State champions, regional champions, and more terrific efforts from last week led to another crowded field of finalists for our Athlete of the Week honor. You can vote for one of six girls and one of seven boys, one of which is a team. After receiving nominations and considering the best performances for the week of Sept. 16 through Sept. 21, these are the contenders. Remember, only the past week’s performance is considered. What someone does for a whole season is not considered for the weekly award. It is for one week at a time, and nominations for last week are closed!

As promised, fans can vote to help us decide the winner. Your vote is counted as part of the overall deliberation for each week's Athlete of the Week honors. Winning the poll does not guarantee a selection. Season totals and previous week’s results do not factor into our decision. Only the week of competition listed in the dates above is considered.

WyoPreps also looks at other factors when making our decisions. Those are the level of competition, the type of competition, the size of the competition field, the importance of the competition, and more. The poll is simply one part of our decision, and we value your opinion.

The official winners are announced on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. WyoPreps will feature female and male student-athletes throughout the year.
