The post-season is upon us for high school boys’ teams in Classes 1A and 2A. Here is the schedule for the regional tournaments on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Lander, Moorcroft, Riverton, and Upton are the sites of these big games. The top four teams from each region advance to the state tournament in Casper from March 6 through March 8, 2025. Each of these six or eight-team brackets is double-elimination.

1A WEST REGIONAL – Lander (Lander HS Fieldhouse & Aux Gym)

St. Stephens won the No. 2 seed in the NW over Dubois based on point difference in the two head-to-head games. St. Stephens won by 8 points versus just 3 points for Dubois victory.

Final Score: Little Snake River 62 Burlington 51 - semifinal - Rattlers qualify for state

Final Score: Burlington 60 Riverside 39 - Rebels are eliminated; Huskies punch ticket to state.

Final Score: Encampment 64 Farson-Eden 61 - OT - Pronghorns are eliminated; Tigers qualify for state.

Final Score: Burlington 60 Encampment 36 – 3rd Place Game - Huskies get 3-seed & Tigers 4th seed.

Final Score: Cokeville 52 Little Snake River 34 – Championship Game - Panthers win the Regional title and take the No. 1 seed at state. The Rattlers are the No. 2 seed.

Final Score: (SE-3) Southeast 54 (NE-2) Hulett 34 - Desmond scored 21 pts and Shimic added 17 for the Cyclones. Smith had 19 for the Red Devils

Final Score: (SE-1) Lingle-Ft. Laramie 63 (NE-4) Kaycee 17 - Roberts had 16 pts for the Doggers.

Final Score: (SE-2) Lusk 64 (NE-3) Midwest 21 - Swisher had 14 pts for the Tigers.

Final Score: Kaycee 59 Hulett 58 - OT - Red Devils are eliminated - Buckaroos rallied from down 5 with 49 seconds left in OT and made a 3 at the buzzer that banked in for the OT win.

Final Score: Southeast 51 Lusk 43 – 3rd Place Game - Cyclones get the No. 3 seed and the Tigers are the No. 4 seed.

Final Score: Lingle-Ft. Laramie 59 Upton 47 – Championship Game - The Doggers take the Regional crown and No. 1 seed to state. The Bobcats will be a No. 2 seed.

2A WEST REGIONAL – Riverton (Riverton HS & Riverton MS)

Big Piney earned the No. 1 seed in the SW with a win over Wright at the Foothills Classic, while Wyoming Indian lost to Wright. Shoshoni got the NW No. 3 seed based on the point difference in head-to-head games versus Greybull. Shoshoni won their game by 15+ points, while Greybull won by 1 point.
