Boys Basketball 2A/1A Regional Tournament Results 2018

For some teams, the regional tournament is a chance to start over and prove themselves, while other teams need to prove that the regular season wasn't a fluke.

2A East at Torrington (Eastern WY College):

The 6th place NE team at the end of the regular season is not invited to the regional tournament, or the play-in game. Moorcroft has been eliminated.

If the #4 NE sweeps the regular season head-to-head vs. the #5 NE, then there is no play-in game. Sundance has been eliminated.

Checking record vs. highest team in the conference not involved in the tie, Big Horn gets #2 NE seed over Upton, because the Rams have a win vs. Wright, whereas the Bobcats don't.

If the #4 SE team sweeps the regular season head-to-head vs. #5 SE, then there is no play-in game. Burns has been eliminated.
