Brian McCoid of LFL Signs with Dickinson St. for Basketball

Lingle-Fort Laramie athlete Brian McCoid will seek his fortunes in college athletics by signing with Dickinson State in North Dakota for basketball. This past season for the Doggers, McCoid used his 6-2 frame to average 9 points and 4 rebounds per game and shot 55% from the field from the 2-point range. He also made a name for himself on the football field for LFL as their quarterback as he threw for 922 yards with 14 touchdown passes.

He played his junior year at Guernsey and in basketball, McCoid averaged 15 points and 5 rebounds per game, shooting 59% from the field. In football for the Vikings, he threw 15 touchdown passes and 929 yards overall.
