Cheyenne Central's Keagan Bartlett is an exceptional all-around athlete and has decided to play football at the college level at Western Colorado in Gunnison. In the 2022 season, Bartlett averaged 259 all-purpose yards per game for the Indians and was named an all-state quarterback in 4A. He threw for 1606 yards with 15 touchdown passes and ran the ball for 1272 yards and 17 TDs. On defense, Bartlett was in on 29 tackles with 4 sacks.

In his junior year, Bartlett threw for 1027 yards with 9 touchdowns and found the end zone 15 times running the ball with 1277 yards in the ground. He was an at-large all-state selection. He also recorded 18 tackles with a sack on defense.

Bartlett had a phenomenal wrestling career as he captured the 4A State Title at 220 pounds with an overall record of 48-3. He took 2nd place at the 4A State Tournament in his junior year at 195 pounds with an overall mark of 43-6. Bartlett was the 4A runner-up at 182 pounds in his sophomore season and went 38-4 and took 3rd at 195 pounds at the 4A State Tournament as a freshman, going 33-11.

Bartlett also competes in track and field and placed 13th in the shot put at the 2022 State Meet in Casper. Western Colorado is a Division II school that plays in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
