Cheyenne Post 6 Cruises to Victory at Legion Baseball Regional

The AA Northwest Regional Legion Baseball Tournament kicked off on Wednesday night in Gillette with state champion Cheyenne Post 6 taking on Eagle River, Alaska in the opening round. The Sixers took advantage of a couple of walks, an error and a passed ball in the first inning and ended up putting 6 runs on the board. Kelden Hastings delivered a 2 run triple in that inning and Cheyenne never looked back.

Pitcher Bradley Feezer went 2 and third innings and gave up 2 hits and the Sixers will be a winner's bracket game this afternoon at 4 taking on 2 time defending national champion Idaho Falls.
