A Bronc grappler had to wrestle with severe injuries, before he could wrestle another opponent on the mat.

Dan Beaudrie, a soon to be senior wrestler at Cody High School, was involved in a vehicle vs. rock collision in March 2015 (or just after his freshman year).

The incident happened on US Highway 20 between Shoshoni and Thermopolis, just north of the tunnels.

Beaudrie was in pretty bad shape as a result, but eventually recovered, however he had to miss his sophomore season.

In his junior year, he went 38-5 and won the 3A 152 lbs. state title.

Humbled Daily recently put a video together with Beaudrie, recalling the crash and his road to recovery.

Due to the length of the video, it could take a few minutes before it loads on your screen.
