Douglas Volleyball Update [VIDEO]

Over the course of the last 6 seasons, the Douglas volleyball team has finished no lower than 4th at the 3A State Tournament. That includes two state championships in 2014 and 2017. The Bearcats are poised for another run at the state tournament thanks to Allison Fertig who has a very important presence at the net along with superb all-around athlete Kam Townsend. It has been live and learn for Douglas as they went 2-3 in the Gillette tournament over the weekend with wins over Cheyenne South and Sundance and losses to Thunder Basin, Kelly Walsh, and Gillette. Coach Angela Rhoades knows it's a long season and progress can be made every day.
