Wyoming High School Volleyball

Evanston was the site of the first outdoor high school volleyball matches in the history of Wyoming prep volleyball.

The second week of the high school volleyball season has more of a variety of matches. There are three big tournaments with the largest in Evanston.

Evanston will host four of the matches in its Border Wars tournament and play them outdoors.

A new No. 1, four new teams, and plenty of teams received votes in the latest WyoPreps volleyball rankings.

With the first week of games behind us, WyoPreps has its first volleyball standings in the 2026 season.

The 2026 Wyoming prep volleyball season starts on Friday and Saturday. Six tournaments in the state give teams a chance to play multiple matches to begin the season.

The four defending champs lead the WyoPreps preseason volleyball rankings before the 2026 season starts this weekend.

A total of 16 players received the accolade in each classification. Special awards were also included in the release.

The players received the accolade after voting by the head coaches in their conference.

Congratulations to this year's title-winners, Kelly Walsh in 4A, Lovell in 3A, Big Horn in 2A, and Cokeville in 1A.
