Anything that Cokeville's Emma Teichert does athletically, she does it very, very well. She competes with excellence in volleyball, basketball, and track and has elected to play volleyball at Northwest College in Powell.

In volleyball, she is a 2-time all-state pick as the Panthers has won three straight state titles in 1A. In basketball, Teichert is also a 2-time all-state selection averaging 8 points and 3 rebounds per game as the Panthers in 2019-20.

She is one of the most decorated track athletes in state history with 3 all-state designations to her credit. in 2019, She was the 1A state champion in the 100-meter hurdles and 300 hurdles. She also ran on the Panthers state championship 4x400 relay team and took 3rd place in the 800-meter run.

In 2018, She won the 1A state title in the 300 hurdles, placed 2nd in the 100 hurdles, 2nd in the 800, and once again ran on a state championship relay team in the 4x400 event.
