Greybull Volleyball Wrap-2019 [VIDEO]

Greybull came into the 2A state volleyball tournament as a #3 seed so it was going to be a challenge from the get-go. The Buffaloes were upended by Wright in the quarterfinal round by Wright 3-1 and lost in the consolation round to Glenrock 3-2. That 2nd match was heartbreaking for Greybull as they had a 2-0 lead in that match. The engine that made the Greybull vehicle move was senior Payten Sorensen. She is a terrific all-around athlete and is a 2-time state selection. She was asked to do a lot and delivered a lot. Two Buffalo players were picked for the all-conference team; Shayla Cheatham and Hannah Klitzke. Cheatham will be a senior next season on a team that will have experience with 5 seniors total.
