PhotoFest: 2A Boys State Wrestling Championships

Entering the final day of the 2A State Wrestling Tournament, it was one one-point race in the team standings between Moorcroft and Kemmerer. Moorcroft started piling up points with a trio of guys finishing 2nd and 3 more taking 3rd. The Wolves with 211.5 points to win 2A for the 2nd straight year. Kemmerer, who won team titles in 2023 and 2022, was 2nd with 187.5 points and had 3 State Champions. Thermopolis took 3rd with a remarkable 4 State Champs and had 184 points, while Cokeville was 4th and Greybull/Riverside 5th.

In addition to all that, a pair of 2A wrestlers joined the elite club for 4-time State Champions; Nathan Fish of Lingle-Fort Laramie/Southeast and Roany Proffit of Kemmerer. Here is the list of results for the final round of the 2A Boys State Wrestling Tournament.
