A handful of teams gathered in Douglas on Friday afternoon for a Cross Country Invite with pleasant running conditions. Sully Wilson of Torrington was the boys' individual winner with a clocking of 18.12. Right behind him was his teammate Zab Munoz in 18.18 with Isaiah Cote from Tongue River 3rd in 18.30. The 4th place finisher was Myles Wilson of Torrington in 19.12 and another Blazer runner, Bodey Kejr took 5th in 19.18. Douglas took the team title by 2 points over Torrington 46-48 with Wright 3rd with 74 points.

Kaycee Kosmicki of Torrington was the girls' winner in this event in 22.20 narrowly edging out Tongue River's Grace Perkins who came in with a time of 22.22. Allison Renstrom from Douglas was 3rd in 22.27, Kylie Benim of Wright was 4th in 22.30 and her teammate Caemlyn Nolte was 5th in 23.34.
