The Pine Bluffs Hornets will be in a familiar spot as they'll play for the 2A boys  state championship thanks to a 58-45 win over Rocky Mountain on Friday night at the Casper Events Center on Friday night. The Hornets shot 42% from the floor for the game and received an excellent game from Michael Shain who threw in 18 points. Brian Steger and Tucker Norman had 14 each as Pine Bluffs gets to 24-1 on the season. Rocky Mountain at one point trailed by 14 but got back into the game with 12 field goals in the 2nd half. Taylor Winland led the Grizzlies with 16. Pine Bluffs won the state title last year and also in 2016.
