Laramie’s Emilee Sirdoreus will continue to play softball in college after signing at Northeast Community College in Nebraska. Sirdoreus was an all-state and three-time all-conference selection and a four-year starter in prep softball at Laramie High School. She helped LHS qualify for the state tournament in the 2024 season. The Plainsmen finished the season at 11-17 and went 5-7 in conference games.

Sirdoreus led Laramie with a .425 batting average and 34 total hits during the season. That included nine doubles, one triple, and one home run. She was second on the team with 19 RBIs and 22 runs scored. Sirdoreus walked 11 times, struck out only eight times, and added two stolen bases. She was Laramie’s starting shortstop and also played some at catcher.

As a junior, she had a .339 batting average with 21 hits and 21 RBIs during the 2023 season. Sirdoreus also helped Laramie reach the state tournament as a sophomore in 2022. They finished in fourth place. Emilee had a .429 batting average with 33 hits and 31 RBIs.

Northeast Community College is in Norfolk, NE. The Hawks compete in the NJCAA level of collegiate athletics.
