The Southeast girls basketball team is 10-5 on the year which includes a win over 2A Glenrock on Friday night. Sophomore Brenna Herrings is averaging 16 points a game and is a huge factor in the post for the Cyclones. Another sophomore Kealy Carson is throwing in 11 a game, so she is a factor from the outside. This team has plenty of balance with Sydney Anderson and Shelby Ekwall who average 9 and 8 points respectively.

We had a chance to talk with Herring and Carson after that victory over Glenrock on Friday and while victories are great, improvement is the name of the game.
