State 1A Boys Basketball: Farson-Eden Vs. Encampment [VIDEO) 3-6-

The southwest region of the state is loaded with quality basketball teams as Encampment and Farson Eden slugged it out in a 1A boys semi-final on Friday night in Casper. Neither team could separate themselves from the other and this contest went right down to the wire. It was a battle of free throws down the stretch with Farson's Carson Jones hitting two of them to give the Pronghorns a 42-39 lead with 1.5 seconds to go. Encampment inbounded at half court but their last chance was off the mark. So Farson will move to the 1A championship and get a chance to repeat as state champions.
