Kale Corley of Newcastle-Upton has enjoyed a solid career. In 2018, he won a state championship and took 3rd in 2019. Corley stormed into 2020 and pinned Zain Fitzgerald of Cody at the 3:12 mark to win the 3A championship and capped the season at 25-3. He was a determined young man and was a junior this season. Fitzgerald who is a senior finished at 26-8.

In 4A, crosstown rivals Cyruss Meeks of Natrona and Noah Hone battled it out yet again. They met in the finals of the Ron Thon tournament with Meeks prevailing and Meeks prevailed again on Saturday at the Casper Events Center. It wasn't easy as the final was 5-2 but Meeks had control of the match to finish the year 42-6. He'll have one more year to go. Hone is a sophomore and concluded the season at 38-14.

In 2A, Felipe Gaytan of Greybull Riverside ended his high school career with a state championship as he downed Asher Nicholson of Lovell 7-5. Gaytan won 40 matches this season against just 10 losses so he had a great season. Nicholson, who is a junior went 22-9.
