The Sheridan Contingent Chats About Winning the 4A Title
Sheridan has won 5 state titles in 4A football in the last 7 years and looked impressive on offense in their 45-27 win over Rock Springs on Saturday in Laramie. Speed was the biggest factor for Sheridan as Colson Coon outran Tiger defenders and Carter McComb raced down the field to take the opening kick-off to the house for a touchdown.
The Broncs lost just one game this season and that was to Cheyenne East by 3 points. The team certainly has some athletes and the coaching staff gets the most out of this group. We had a chance to talk with Colson Coon, Carter McComb, and coach Jeff Mowry after the game about that championship feeling.
