Upton-Sundance Vs. Pine Bluffs Football [VIDEO]

The Patriots of Upton Sundance have been one of the stronger teams in 1A this season. Its been a struggle this season for Pine Bluffs and this is a program that is used to winning a lot of ballgames.

This contest was all Upton Sundance and the Patriots got on the board in the 2^nd quarter thanks to their super running back Jayden Caylor who bounced into the end zone from 6 yards out so give U-S an 8-0 lead with the successful 2 point try.

Caylor went right back to work in the 3^rd quarter with a couple of more touchdown runs, 1 from 11 yards out and the other from 3 so that increased the Upton Sundance lead to 2=-

The Patriot defense had a big play in the 4^th quarter recovering a Pine Bluffs fumble in the end zone for a touchdown. U-S wrapped up the scoring with a 65-yard pass from completion for a touchdown from Brad Kruger to Kye Taylor. Upton Sundance gets to 7-1 overall with as 35-0 victory over Pine Bluffs. The Patriots are looking at a 2 seed in the upcoming 1A playoffs and will meet Shoshoni in Casper on Friday afternoon. Pine Bluffs at 1-6 have been eliminated from playoff contention. The Hornets will wrap things up with a road game at Lusk on Friday.
