The rankings have been a guide through the regular season, but it's the post-season that determines which team really is #1.

In the final coaches/media poll of the 2013 season, there's very little change from the previous poll.

Gillette is the unanimous #1 in the 4A poll and the top seed, going into the East Regional Tournament. Kelly Walsh and Natrona are no longer tied for #2. The Lady Trojans now have it all to themselves, and the #1 seed going into the West Regional Tournament. NC is #3 and Riverton is #4, but the Lady Wolverines got the #2 seed and the other automatic bid to the state tournament, after winning both head-to-head games vs. the Fillies. Natrona will have to play their way in on Friday. Central holds at #5 and is also Casper-bound.

Just one flip-flop in the final 3A poll. Jackson takes the #3 ranking away from Mountain View, and the Lady Buffalos drop back down to #5. The 2 of them and #4 Powell, will clash at the west regional tournament at Cody. In the East, Rawlins is ranked #1 and won the coin flip for the top seed, after splitting head-to-head games vs. #2 Douglas.

Six teams make up the final 2A rankings. The top 4 are unchanged, with Wright, Kemmerer, Big Horn and Lovell. Wind River and Southeast tie for the #5 ranking. The Lady Cougars won the coin flip vs. Shoshoni for the #2 southwest seed, while the Lady Cyclones won tie-breaker vs. Burns for the top seed in the southeast.

The final 1A poll is identical to the last poll. It's undefeated Hulett at #1, followed by Cokeville, Little Snake River, Lingle-Ft. Laramie and Encampment. Regional tournaments will be played in Torrington and in Lander.
