WyoPreps Volleyball Rankings on September 30, 2026

Two schools rejoined the rankings, a new tie emerged in Class 1A, and two other ties from last week were broken in the latest WyoPreps Coaches and Media Volleyball Poll released Wednesday. For the second straight week, every classification had at least one change. Hulett, Big Horn, Lovell, and Kelly Walsh remained in control of their respective classifications, while Torrington and Cody returned to the rankings.

SIXTH WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL RANKINGS 2026

Class 4A shuffled its top five after KW and Thunder Basin. The Trojans received 12 of the 13 first-place votes. Thunder Basin earned a majority of the second-place votes. After that, the voting got fuzzy. Evanston moved up one spot. Cody returned to the top five in fourth, and Natrona County dropped to fifth. Last week’s two teams that were tied for fifth fell out of the poll.

In 3A, the Blazers rejoined the poll at five. Also, Mountain View and Powell swapped positions. Lovell and Douglas remained first and second.

Class 1A has a tie for the second consecutive week. It’s for No. 2. Hulett kept the top spot with 11 of the 14 first-place votes. Burlington moved into a tie with Cokeville behind the Red Devils. Upton was pushed to fourth. Dubois found itself alone in fifth.

Finally, Southeast and Pine Bluffs traded positions in the 2A poll, again. Big Horn was a unanimous No. 1. Greybull stayed in second. The Cyclones went to third, and the Hornets slid to fourth. Sundance remained fifth.

At least four teams received at least one vote in all four classifications. Some teams that received votes for No. 1 also surprised WyoPreps. The indecision amongst voters continued this week. You can view the full rankings by clicking the button below.
