It’s time for the final tune-ups of the indoor track season around Wyoming.

After an elite meet in Casper last weekend, teams split up to get themselves ready for next week’s state championships in Gillette.

This is the seventh week of competition, and there will be three meets.

Here is the schedule, which is subject to change.

Tuesday, Feb. 22:

Casper Quad from the Natrona County HS MAC: Field & Track Events start at 5:45 p.m.

Teams Attending: Douglas, Glenrock, Kelly Walsh, Natrona County

Friday, Feb. 25:

Last Chance Qualifier (hosted by Laramie HS) from the Univ. of Wyoming War Memorial Fieldhouse: Field & Track Events start at 10 a.m.

Teams Attending: Burns/Pine Bluffs, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Douglas, Green River, Laramie, Mountain View, Pinedale, Rawlins, Rock Springs, Torrington, Western Heritage Lutheran Academy

Laramie swept the team titles. Their girls won by 32 points over East, while the boys topped Central by 1.5 points.

Torrington's Jordan Stoddard won the high jump and long jump. South's Darby Downham won the 200-meters and 55-meter hurdles. Those two were the only multiple-event winners.

Sheridan Invitational (hosted by Sheridan HS) from the Campbell County Recreation Center Fieldhouse: Field Events start at 10 a.m. & Track Events start at 11:30 a.m.

Teams Attending: Big Horn, Buffalo, Campbell County, Cody, Kelly Walsh, Lovell, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Tongue River, Worland

No team scores were kept.

Jayden Friedly of Thunder Basin swept the 55 and 200-meters. Sheridan's Preslee Moser won the high jump and triple jump. Carter McLean from Kelly Walsh won the 55-meter hurdles and the long jump on the boys' side. Those were the 3 multiple-event winners.
