Kavin Hoff of Natrona Signs with Navy for Track & Field

Kavin Hoff of Natrona has been sensational in the pole vault during his prep career and has chosen the Naval Academy in Annapolis. Hoff recently broke the NC school record in the pole vault, going 16 feet 2 inches, and that's the best mark of the outdoor season to date.

Hoff set the overall State Record for the indoor pole Vault at the State Meet in Gillette earlier this year at 16-5.25. He finished 2nd at the State Indoor Meet in 2023 at 15-6 and won a state indoor title in 2023 with a vault of 14-6.

At the State Outdoor Track Meet, Hoff was the 4A State Champion, going 15 feet 6 inches, and was 2nd as a sophomore at 15-3. In his senior season, he has a real chance to break the overall state record held by Quinn Rivera of Cody at 16-00.25. Hoff also displayed his skills at the prestigious Simplot Meet in Idaho with a 2nd place finish in the pole vault at 16-6 back in February. He placed 3rd at the Simplot Games in 2024, going 15-6, and 7th in 2023 at 14 feet even.

Navy is a Division I institution that competes in the American Athletic Conference.
