WyoPreps Spotlight: South’s Andrew Lock [VIDEO]

Cheyenne South’s Andrew Lock would love a shot at redemption. The Bison junior would love for that to happen this weekend.

Lock lost only one match in 2021, that was a three-setter in the state championship to Jackson’s Campbell Gervais.

He’s been nearly untouchable for opponents this year with only 17 games lost all season and a 12-0 record.

Earlier this season, WyoPreps had a chance to chat with Andrew about last year’s state title match, areas he focused on improving, being his own player, giving himself another shot at a title, and more as part of our WyoPreps Spotlight.

The 2022 Wyoming High School Tennis State Championships continue through Saturday in Gillette.
