Basketball is a team effort and Big Horn put it together in the 2A Girls State Championship Game.

Bench scoring (10-0) was the difference as the Lady Rams prevailed by 1 vs. Wyoming Indian, 50-49 for their first state championship since 2009.

BH was up 25-18, but WIHS slowly came back and got within striking distance.

The Lady Chiefs had a chance with 4 seconds to go, but couldn't get a shot off.

Emily Blaney and Abby Buckingham led Big Horn with 12 points each.

Amryn Brown scored 30 of Wyoming Indian's 49 points.
