Sundance put their "A" game on display in the 2A championship match vs. Wind River and set the tone early on. The Bulldogs dominated the first set and answered the challenge in the 2nd set. In the 3rd set, Sundance trailed 22-18 and rallied to win 26-24 to take home their 2nd state title in the last 3 years. The Bulldogs got some terrific play from Teddi Marchant and Joleen Pollat, among others. It was really was a true team effort as Sundance finished the season 27-7. Wind River was playing in the championship match for the first time in school history and wrapped up the season at 26-11.
