Big Horn found a way to win the Thunder Bowl over Tongue River on Friday 14-0 and with that victory, the Rams earned a #1 seed in the 2A East and a home playoff game that goes with it; and maybe a 2nd one.

It was breezy in Big Horn for the game so it was tough on the offenses. The Rams found the end zone twice in the 2nd half as quarterback Cooper Garber connected with Avon Barney covered 7 yards and 6 yards respectively. The Tongue River offense was down in the red zone 3 times in the game and came away with nothing. The Eagles on one of their drives were stopped on an interception inside the Big Horn 5 and they were stopped later in the game on 4th down from the Big Horn 2-yard line.

It was a rivalry game so it was intense at times on the field but each team turned the ball over 4 times.  So Big Horn is 6-1 and will travel to Burns this week. Tongue River is 7-1 and they will be the #2 seed from the East plus a home playoff game. The Eagles will be at home on Friday to meet Wheatland.
