Big Horn Volleyball Post Match Remarks

A year ago, Big Horn lost the 2A Volleyball championship match to Burns but the Rams came right back in 2023 to defeat Burns for the state title. Big Horn returned 3 players who earned all-state status in 2022, Emme Mulinax, Emma Prior, and Saydee Zimmer. Not many teams can return that much talent but the Rams made the most of it.

Burns took the first set of the title match on Saturday in Casper 25-21 but Big Horn won the next 3, 25-11, 25-12, and 25-20. They finished the year with a record of 29-9 and did all this with just 2 seniors. We spoke with Emme Mulinax and Saydee Zimmer after the championship match and needless to say, it was a good day!
