Campbell County Softball Postgame Remarks 4-9-21 [VIDEO]

The Campbell County softball team had a productive weekend with a 20 run win over Cheyenne South on Friday and a tough-as-nails 3-2 victory over Laramie on Saturday.

The Camels are 5-1 on the year, and this team is fairly young with just a handful of upperclassmen.

In the first year of girls softball in Wyoming, it may take a little time to gauge the ability of teams around the state but Campbell County is off to a strong start and should be a factor all season long. After that win over South, we had a chance to talk with Camel players Myra Fields and Avery Gray about the season to date and year #1 of girls softball in Wyoming.
