It was a battle of a couple of ranked 1A, 6-man teams, on Saturday afternoon as 3rd ranked Dubois paid a visit to #2 Encampment. Dubois got off to a great start in the game with a couple of touchdowns and ended up leading from start to finish. Encampment would climb back into the game but just could never get over the hump as the Rams beat the Tigers 70-44.

Dubois super-star Wyatt Trembly had a tremendous game with 30 carries for an astounding 354 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also threw a TD and was in on 16 tackles on defense. Ryan Wells threw 2 TD passes and caught a couple of TD passes as well. Clayton Rux also had 2 touchdown grabs.

Encampment was paced by junior Quade Jordan who was a beast when he had the ball. Powerful and fast, Jordan found the end zone multiple times to keep his team in the game. He's a sensational athlete who is the defending 1A state champion in the shot-put and the discus in track and field. The Encampment defense just didn't have an answer for Dubois and Wyatt Trembly.

Both teams are 2-1 with Dubois playing at home this week against Farson-Eden while Encampment will be on the road at HEM. Be sure and take a look at our video from Saturday's game as well as some pics from Mary Martin as well as Adria Trembly. Enjoy!
