CanAm Bowl XXVI Comes to Wyoming in July

The roster and coaching staff for Team USA in CanAm Bowl XXVI was released. This is a 6-Man All-Star football game between the USA and Canada. For the first time, the game will be played in Wyoming. It is on July 6, 2024, in Meeteetse, WY. The kick-off is at 2 p.m. Team USA has some of the best 6-man football players from Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, and Wyoming.

Five players on Team USA are from Wyoming.

Isaiah Skalberg – Little Snake River.

The rest of the team features three players from Colorado, Montana, and Nebraska. Four players are from Texas.

The head coach of Team USA is former Farson-Eden assistant coach Scott Reed. His assistants in 2024 are Thomas Tritz from Oakwood, TX, Sam Weeldreyer from Little Snake River, and Zeb Hagen of Meeteetse.

This will be only the second time the game will be in the USA. CanAM Bowl XXIV was played in Lambert, MT in 2022.

TEAM USA ROLLED TO A WIN IN 2023

In CanAm Bowl XXV, Team USA set a record for the most points scored in the series. They beat Canada, 84-16, in Hanna, Alberta, Canada. The USA leads the all-time series, 20-5.

The game features graduated seniors from both countries. The first CanAm Bowl was played in 1997. The USA has won two straight and 11 of the last 12 games in the series.
