Only one new team entered the rankings, and a tie for first was broken in the latest WyoPreps Coaches and Media Football Poll unveiled on Wednesday. The Midwest Oilers made their debut in the 2024 rankings. Midwest goes into Week 4 tied for the top spot in the Class 1A 6-Man North Conference. The change at the top occurred in 2A, where Mountain View broke the tie with Big Horn by six points in the voting. Finally, 1A 9-man, 2A, and 4A featured movement amongst the teams in the top five. Class 3A was the same as last week.

Class 1A 6-Man:

1 = Little Snake River

2 = Encampment

3 = Burlington

4 = Meeteetse

T5 = Midwest

T5 = Riverside

Class 1A 9-Man:

1 = Lingle-Ft. Laramie

2 = Pine Bluffs

3 = Southeast

4 = Saratoga

5 = Lusk

Class 2A:

1 = Mountain View

2 = Big Horn

3 = Worland

4 = Lovell

5 = Cokeville

Class 3A:

1 = Star Valley

2 = Cody

3 = Riverton

4 = Powell

5 = Buffalo

Class 4A:

1 = Sheridan

2 = Campbell County

3 = East

4 = Natrona County

5 = Kelly Walsh
