The winners were chosen by their fellow WCA coaches. They will be recognized this summer in Casper.

Campbell County continued its stay at the top of the rankings with 24 of the 26 first-place votes.

Thunder Basin senior Grace Miller and Cheyenne East junior Dayton Rhoades got the awards based on their performances at the indoor track state championships last month.

Campbell County got all but one first-place vote. They’re off to a 10-0 start this season.

There was movement within the top five, but no new teams joined the rankings.

Every team got four games at the 307 Softball Invitational. Two teams came out of the weekend undefeated, while another was unbeaten, but had one tie.

All-State awards were voted on by all the head coaches in the classes around the state. To receive all-state, a player must have been voted first-team all-conference.

There were 16 players chosen in the two 3A conferences. Class 4A picked 14 players in its two leagues.

Class 3A chose 16 players in each of the two leagues. Class 4A opted for 14 players in the two conferences.

vThe 3A and 4A girls’ basketball state championships are in Casper, where two teams will win a state title during the second weekend in March.
