Girls Basketball 2A/1A Regional Tournament Results 2016
The regional tournaments are an opportunity for teams to prove that they are state championship contenders, regardless of their record in the regular season.

Results of 3-way coin flip has Wright as #1 NE seed, Tongue River #2 NE and Big Horn #3 NE.
Southeast gets #1 SE seed over Pine Bluffs due to better strength of schedule.

2A West at Riverton:
The 2A SW has a rule that if the 4th place team sweeps the head-to-head games vs. the 5th place team, then there will not be a play-in game for the regional tournament. Big Piney automatically proceeds to the regional tournament, and Wind River has been eliminated.
