Wyoming High School Golf Scoreboard for August 17-22, 2026
The six-week prep golf season in Wyoming debuted last week, but some teams will play their first action on the links this week. Golfers will be on the course across five days this week. Star Valley and Worland start the week. Casper holds their invite on Thursday and Friday. Finally, Sundance and Moorcroft have one-day events on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
WYOPREPS 2026 HIGH SCHOOL GOLF SCHEDULE WEEK 2
This is the Week 2 schedule for the high school golf season. All schedules are subject to change. If you have an update, you can email david@wyopreps.com. The results will be posted below each event.
Monday, Aug. 17:
Star Valley Invite – at Valli Vue G.C., 10 a.m. – Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Kemmerer, Lyman, Rock Springs, Star Valley.
Tazlyn Wagner and Deegan Hill have the clubhouse leads.
Worland Invite – at Green Hills G.C., 9 a.m. – Buffalo, Cody, Douglas, Glenrock, Greybull/Riverside, Lander, Lovell, Powell, Rawlins, Ten Sleep, Thermopolis, Wheatland, Worland.
Three ladies, Addison Bettinger, Ashlynn Wiener, and Haylie Nelson, share the girls' lead, while Tate Nichols has the boys' lead in the clubhouse.
Tuesday, Aug. 18:
Star Valley Invite – at Valli Vue G.C., 8 a.m. – Evanston, Green River, Jackson, Kemmerer, Lyman, Rock Springs, Star Valley.
Tazlyn Wagner from Kemmerer pulled away to take the girls' medalist honor. She won by 21 strokes. Deegan Hill from Star Valley Red posted a 2-shot victory on his home course. The Evanston girls and Star Valley Red boys took 1st in the team standings.
Worland Invite – at Green Hills G.C., 9 a.m. – Buffalo, Cody, Douglas, Glenrock, Greybull/Riverside, Lander, Lovell, Powell, Rawlins, Ten Sleep, Thermopolis, Wheatland, Worland.
Buffalo's Addison Bettinger held on for a 1-shot win in the girls' division. Wheatland's Tate Nichols pulled away to win the boys by 18 shots. Wheatland swept the 2 team titles.
Thursday, Aug. 20:
Casper Invite – at Casper C.C., 8:30 a.m. – Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Kelly Walsh, Laramie, Natrona County, Riverton, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Torrington.
Central's Bella Beach and Campbell County's Jaxon Burr have the clubhouse lead after the opening 18 holes. The Laramie girls and Campbell County boys top the team standings.
Friday, Aug. 21:
Casper Invite – at 3 Crowns GC., 8 a.m. – Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Kelly Walsh, Laramie, Natrona County, Riverton, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Torrington.
Bella Beach from Cheyenne Central won by 7 shots in the girls' division. Campbell County's Jaxon Burr took the boys' crown by 4 shots. Laramie swept the team titles.
Sundance Invite – at Sundance C.C. – Big Horn, Hulett, Lusk, Moorcroft, Sundance, Tongue River, Wright.
Paisley Cundy from Sundance captured the girls' medalist honor by 4 shots. Easton Lewis from Tongue River took the boys' title by 5 shots. Sundance swept the two team crowns.
