Lander is the defending 3A boys state champion and has a well-balanced team on both ends of the floor. They displayed their athleticism on Saturday in Cheyenne with a win over 4A Natrona, despite not having one of their best players on the court in Niieihii Black. The Tigers outscored the Mustangs 21-6 in the 2nd quarter and were paced by Trayshon Spoonhunter with 13 points, Bryan St. Clair had 9 and Ozaddie O'Neal had 8. Natrona is a bit size challenged by they're quick and aggressive. Ryan Swan had a solid game with 18, Cooper Quig had 10 and Wilsk Jackson contributed 8. Lander is 9-2 on the year while NC is 3-5.
