Lander's Dylan Huelskamp Stars in 3A Swimming Finals

Lander swimmer Dylan Huelscamp is no stranger to the top of the podium at 3A State Championship meets. Last season, his 400 freestyle relay team set an all-class record and so did his 200 Medley relay team. Back in 2021, he anchored the 200 freestyle relay team that set a state record.

Individually, Huelskamp has owned the 200 freestyle as he 3-peated as state champion with a time of 1.43.16. He had a major breakthrough in the 100 butterfly with a state championship in 51.52. All of his times in both individual and relays were good enough to qualify for the Pacific Northwest Spring Sectionals that will be next month in Federal Way, Washington.

This Lander program has set the standard in Wyoming boys high school swimming with 27 straight state titles in 3A. Huelskamp has done his part and then some!
