Lander’s Madison Chance Signs with UW for Soccer
Madison Chance of Lander has elected to join the Wyoming Cowgirl soccer team in the fall after signing a letter of intent on Wednesday, Chance plays club soccer for the Colorado Rush Academy and was named the Rush U17 DA Offensive Player of the Year in 2019-20. So literally, she has been all over the country playing soccer.
Chance also has achieved a great deal of success in track and field for Lander as she won the 3A state championship in the 100 and 200-meter dashes as a freshman in 2018 with a 3rd place finish in the 100 hurdles. In 2019, she took 2nd in the 100 and 200 at the state meet and placed first in the 100 hurdles. Track in her junior season was canceled due to the pandemic.
Chance also has played basketball for the Lander Tigers and had made the schools honor roll four times.
