PhotoFest: 1A/2A East Regional Track Meet
Competitors, coaches, officials, and fans in Torrington for the 1A/2A East Regional track meet had to deal with a substantial amount of rain on Friday with much better conditions on Saturday. On the girls' side, Southeast took first in the team standings on the 1A side with 194 points, Upton was 2nd with 163 and Hulett was 3rd with 83. In 2A, Lingle Fort-Laramie placed 1st with 173 points, Pine Bluffs 2nd with 108, and Tongue River 3rd with 83.
For the boys in 1A, Southeast was first with 121.5, and Guernsey-Sunrise with Kaycee tied for 2nd with 115. In 2A, Tongue River took the podium with 149 points, Burns 2nd with 139 and Big Horn 3rd with 111.5. Here's the list of the individual regional champions.
