Rock Springs Volleyball Wrap -2019 [VIDEO]

The Rock Springs volleyball team made their first appearance at the state tournament in 7 years so the journey was long with lessons learned along the way. The Tigers were the #2 seed from the 4A West regional but had some difficulty in Casper at the state tourney. The Tigers dropped a 3-0 decision to Thunder Basin in the quarterfinal round and then lost to Riverton 3-1 in the consolation round. This team had a sensational player in Rhys Brandt who was named all-state and the 4A West Defensive Player of the Year. Brenli Jenkins and Cali Pollastro were all-conference selections. Brandt and Payton Reese were the only seniors on the team, so there is plenty to build on for 2020 with a returning senior class of 5.
