Rocky Mountain Boys Basketball Postgame Remarks 3-6-21 [VIDEO]

Rocky Mountain's last state championship in 2A boys basketball was way back in 1998. The Grizzlies put it all together in 2021 with a state title, thanks to an overtime win over Big Piney in the championship game. This was a game of atonement for a first-round loss by Rocky Mountain in the 2020 state tournament. This was a senior-led group and that experience was valuable especially in the overtime session.

After the game, we caught up with Grizzlie players Jess Wambeke and Zach Simmons as well as coach Pat Winland. They were happy and relieved at the same time!
