Sheridan's Michael Greer Signs with Dordt College for Baseball

Sheridan Trooper baseball player Michael Greer will continue his career with Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. Greer is a two-time all-state selection in Wyoming Legion baseball for Sheridan and was sensational for the Troopers this past season with 43 RBIs, 40 stolen bases, and a batting average of .324.

Greer is also solid on defense at 3rd base which is his primary position although he can play shortstop too. He's also played football with Sheridan and was named Super 25. Greer was a 4A all-state selection at the linebacker spot and made 118 tackles in 2021. That put him 4th in that category in 4A as the Broncs won the 4A state championship.

Dordt College plays at the NAIA level and the Defenders are 5-15 in baseball this season and went 16-30 in 2021.
