Plenty of Moves in the WyoPreps Coaches and Media Soccer Polls

One new top-ranked team and one new arrival highlight the latest WyoPreps Coaches and Media Soccer Polls that came out on Wednesday. Powell has moved to the top of the 3A girls’ rankings. Meanwhile, the Kelly Walsh girls, Cody boys, and Jackson boys held onto their No. 1 spot. There was a tie in both 4A polls, which included the second straight week with a tie for fifth in the 4A girls’ rankings. Sheridan debuted in the 4A girls’ top five, as the Broncs upset of Laramie last Saturday pushed them into the fourth spot. There was one unanimous pick for No. 1 and that was the Cody boys.

The other tie was in the 4A boys’ division, as Central and Sheridan fell. All four changed, as the voters reacted to various outcomes last week. The Powell and Thunder Basin boys made the biggest move within the top five. Both climbed to second.
